Join thousands of students who’ve built strength by fixing the foundations most yoga classes skip.
You’ve practiced for months but still feel stuck and can’t progress.
Even the basics feel like a struggle, no matter how hard you try.
Transitions feel messy or clunky, no matter how much you practice them.
Plank still feels exhausting after just a few seconds, and you’re not sure what you’re doing wrong.
Moves too fast to explain proper alignment or muscle engagement.
Foundations like plank, chaturanga, and balances are rushed or never taught properly.
You repeat the same movements but never feel stronger or more in control.
You end up guessing why things feel hard and why you’re not progressing.
Breaks down poses, alignment, and progressions step-by-step.
Builds strong, stable foundations by strengthening these key postures intentionally.
Every class follows a clear plan designed to build strength and confidence over time.
You finally understand how to build strength and feel the difference quickly.
When I first started yoga, I thought strength would simply come with time. More classes, more flows, more vinyasas. Surely that would make my body stronger.
But it didn’t.
Instead, I kept collapsing in Chaturanga, shaking in plank, and wobbling through every balance. I was practicing consistently, yet nothing felt easier. I kept wondering why everyone else seemed to move with so much control while I felt like I was just surviving every flow.
After one particularly exhausting class, I watched someone break down Chaturanga slowly, step by step. In that moment I realised something important. No one had ever actually taught me how to build the strength or alignment behind the pose. I wasn’t lacking effort. I was lacking foundations.
So I slowed everything down.
I stopped rushing and started paying attention to the tiny micro movements that actually create strength: where my elbows tracked, how my core engaged, how my shoulders supported my body. And almost immediately, everything changed.
My Chaturanga stopped collapsing, my balances steadied, and my transitions finally felt controlled instead of chaotic.
And here’s the surprising part.
Once I fixed my foundations, my whole practice transformed.
Standing poses felt stronger. Vinyasas felt smoother. Movements that used to feel impossible suddenly felt achievable.
Over the last seven years, I’ve taught this same approach to thousands of students.
The results are always the same: shaky poses turn solid, strength finally starts to build, and their practice becomes something they feel proud of instead of frustrated by.
❌ Jumping between classes with no real structure
❌ Following teachers who skip the “how” and move too fast
❌ Trying to “power through” poses your body isn’t ready for
❌ Stretching more, hoping it will unlock the strength you’re missing
❌ Blaming your body when things don’t improve
And still… you feel like:
You should be stronger by now
You’re not progressing no matter how much you practice
You’re stuck in the same frustrating transitions (hi, Chaturanga)
Your body just “isn’t made” for yoga
It’s not you - it’s your approach.
The typical yoga class isn’t designed to help you build strength, control, and resilience.
It might leave you feeling good in the moment…
But long-term change? That takes something different.
You don’t need to be more flexible. You don’t need another generic class.
You need to:
✅ Build foundational strength in key transitions
✅ Train with structure instead of randomness
✅ Move with purpose through progressions that meet you where you are
In just 4 weeks, you’ll move from guessing your way through flows…
To feeling strong, capable, and confident on the mat.
This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a better foundation.
One that helps you stop flopping and start flowing with power and precision.
👉 Let’s rebuild your practice the smart way.
We kick things off by strengthening your upper body and improving your pushing mechanics.
You’ll focus on core techniques like stepping through from Downward Dog and developing your compression strength, the foundation for strong transitions and powerful flows.
This week is all about unlocking the power of your obliques and lateral strength.
You’ll explore playful transitions that build toward Side Plank variations, helping you improve coordination, stability, and balance in movement. Expect creativity, challenge, and plenty of breakthroughs.
Now we shift to the lower body - focusing on balance, hip mobility, and mindful control.
You’ll develop deeper connection through your legs and feet while learning to balance longer, transition with confidence, and build strength in areas that support your entire flow.
This week is a reminder to stay grounded, present, and powerful.
In our final week, we train the posterior chain, your back, glutes, and hamstrings, to bring it all together.
These sessions introduce new ways to move and explore strength, so you can carry your progress forward beyond the program.

Will a handful of people take advantage of this? Maybe. But I believe most people are honest and I’d rather risk a few free riders than stop you from feeling safe to start.
Complete beginners will find the program challenging, however, there are lots of options included in every class so that you can level up or down. This way the program caters to different levels and you can make the program work for you.
Honestly I think this program is best for beginners or people who aren't quite at an intermediate level yet. If you are looking for an intermediate level challenge then I made the Flexibility Program for you.
We use socks in some of the classes to help make some of the transitions more doable. Other than that you just need a mat, some floor space and a chair if you want something to assist you in balancing postures.
All of the classes are pre-recorded so you can watch them at any-time. All you need is an internet connection. You can access the program platform on any device, all you need to do is login and start practicing.
You get access to the program for life! So there's no need to feel rushed or worry if life gets in the way. You can access the program at your convenience.
The classes are between 15-20 minutes (mostly around the 20-minute mark). The extra classes are between 5-20 minutes.
