Frequently asked questions

Is it suitable for beginners? I often find programs for people who are already flexible.

I wouldn't recommend this program for a complete beginner, as you might find it too much to begin with. If you are looking for a place to start your yoga journey check out my 30-days of yoga for beginners.

Will I need props like a strap and blocks?

Yes, we get really creative with props. You will need a strap, 2 blocks, a pair of socks, shoes and a wall. 

If you don't have a strap or a set of blocks you could use a scarf or tie and a stack of books.

How long does the program take to complete?

There are several practice plans to choose from, the shortest is 4 weeks so you could say you could complete it in that time but there's enough content to keep you busy for much longer. 

How long are the classes? I don't have a lot of free time.

The day-to-day sessions are between 10-20 minutes (perfect for people with busy lives). The masterclasses are like mini-workshops and range from 30-50 minutes. 

Is it suitable for intermediate/advanced students?

Absolutely! Because we go into so much detail it's also beneficial for students who are more advanced to go back to basics, correct any bad habits and develop their practice from a theoretical and practical point of view.

What if I buy the program but can't start it straight away? Will I have access to it later?

There's no need to worry, the program is yours forever! I know life gets in the way sometimes. You might move or go travelling and take a break from your normal routine so you can rest assured that the program isn't going anywhere.
