YES! I created the program for beginners who want to develop their practice. That's not to say it won't be challenging but it does teach you how to make poses accessible no matter what level you are.
There are several programs to choose from, the flexibility program, and yoga strong. Yoga strong is a 4-week program but the flexibility program includes different plans that take between 4 and 6 weeks to complete.
You have the option to choose a practice plan that suits your lifestyle. So if you are busier, you can dip in and out of the program at times that work for you. You'll still make progress, without the stress of feeling like you don't know how you'll fit it all in.
