Is it suitable for beginners?

Complete beginners will find the program challenging, however, there are lots of options included in every class so that you can level up or down. This way the program caters to different levels and you can make the program work for you.

Will I need props like a strap and blocks?

We use items you can find around the house, instead of traditional props, things like socks, books and scarf's to help make some of the poses and transitions more doable. Other than that you just need a mat, some floor space and a chair if you want something to assist you in balancing postures.

Are the videos live and can I access the classes on different devices?

All of the classes are pre-recorded so you can watch them at any-time. All you need is an internet connection or if you are without an internet connection you can download the videos to practice later. You can access the program platform on any device, all you need to do is login and start practicing.

What if I buy now but can't start it straight away? Will I have access to it later?

How long are the classes? I don't have a lot of free time.
