Absolutely YES! The Program is designed for beginners. It can be challenging but it's totally doable. If you're willing to put in the work, you will be completely fine.

I'm practicing at home, do I need a lot of space and equipment?

You won't need a lot of space, just enough to roll out your mat. The only props you need are a wall and a stool or something similar you can probably find in your house, so there's no need to go out and buy anything especially.

I don't have loads of free time, how much time will it take?

How is the program delivered to me? Can I access it on any device?
A: The program is contained within an online platform that can be accessed on any device. So when you sign up you can create a login and visit the platform whenever you want to practice. No need to download loads of files, just create a login and you are good to go.

How long will I have access to the program?
