There's no need to sign up for anything. You can find all the classes saved inside this playlist on my YouTube channel. It's completely free to join, all you need is a wifi connection.
The challenge has been created for people who are confident in their beginner level or early intermediate practice and would like to try something new. If that sounds like you then this is a great challenge for you.
Props are recommended, but don't feel like you need to go out and buy them especially for this. Household items work just as well as yoga props. Books can be used as yoga blocks, a pillow as a bolster, a blanket to pad your knees and a belt as a yoga strap.
Within the challenge we will practice more challenging postures you may not have done before like side splits, crow pose, wheel, sugarcane, dancer, compass and many many more.
Each week of the challenge includes 3 peak pose flows, where we work up to a peak posture, 3 full body flows, a weekly re-cap where we go over all of the poses that we have worked on and a restorative sound bath at the end of each week.
The challenge includes 20, 30 and 45-minute classes. The 45-minute classes fall on the 6th day each week. It's recommend to start the challenge on a Monday so that you have more time at the weekend for these classes.
