Is it suitable for beginners? I often find programs for people who are already flexible.

YES! I created the program for beginners who want to develop their practice. That's not to say it won't be challenging but it does teach you how to make poses accessible no matter what level you are. 
Will I need props like a strap and blocks?

Yes, we get really creative with props. You will need a strap, 2 blocks, a pair of socks, shoes and a wall. 

If you don't have a strap or a set of blocks you could use a scarf or tie and a stack of books.
How long does the program take to complete?

There are several programs to choose from, the shortest is 4 weeks so you could say you could complete it in that time but there's enough content to keep you busy for much longer. 
How long are the classes? I don't have a lot of free time.

The day-to-day sessions are between 10-20 minutes (perfect for people with busy lives). The masterclasses are like mini-workshops and range from 30-50 minutes.
