I don't have loads of free time, how much time will it take?

You can choose from different practice plans which are designed to suit every lifestyle. So if you don't have time to practice every day you could choose the take your time plan which is perfect for people who want to take things slower. The classes range between 10-30 minutes so the most you will do is a 30-minute practice and some days you might just do 10 or 15 minutes.

What if I buy the program but can't start it straight away? Will I have access to it later?

How is the program delivered to me? Can I access it on any device?
