Can beginners do the program?

Absolutely YES! The program is designed for beginners. It can be challenging but it's totally doable. If you're willing to put in the work, you will be completely fine.

I'm 40+ with kids, can I do the program?

Absolutely YES! We have students of all ages doing the program. Also lots of people with kids who are juggling family and practice time.

I don't have loads of free time, how much time will it take?

You can choose from different practice plans which are designed to suit every lifestyle. So if you don't have time to practice every day you could choose the take your time plan which is perfect for people who want to take things slower. The classes range between 10-30 minutes so the most you will do is a 30-minute practice and some days you might just do 10 or 15 minutes. 

I'm practicing at home, do I need a lot of space and equipment?

You won't need a lot of space, just enough to roll out your mat. The only props you need are a wall and a pair of blocks or books (or something similar you can probably find in your house), so there's no need to go out and buy anything especially.

What if I buy the program but can't start it straight away? Will I have access to it later?
